»--»17th August 2007, The 60th Anniversary of Pakistan Festival, it was a unique and historical event in Belgium history, 800 Pakistani, Kashmiri, Belgian and Moroccan families were present there. Mr. Andre du Bus Minister of Belgium government, Mr. Ahmed Elkhanous Deputy Mayor, Mr. Philippe Jacques, Mr. Hugo Veracx, Mr. Marc, Mr. Yvo, Mr. Jeroen Marckelbach, Sardar Abdul Razzik Khan Senior advocate Rawalpindi (Pakistan) many official dignities from European institutions, parliaments, NGOs and communities were participated in the oceans. INSPAD gave them achievement awards to many personalities. This program was celebrated with Daily Perwaz.com Belgium.

It was first program in the history of Belgium. INSPAD office bearers Miss Farhat Jabeen, Mrs. Rukhsana Aziz, Mrs. Rehana, and Ms. Farida were participated from Pakistan community. Chief Guest and Keynote speaker was Pakistan intellectual Major General (retired) Muhammad Tahir Director Welfare Education Fauji Foundation Pakistan; presided by Mr. Amin ul Haq President INSPAD Belgium, other guest speakers were Mr. Willy Fautre Director Human rights without frontier, Mr. Bashy Quraishy Chairman ENAR Denmark, Mr. Ingmar Mathezing Holland, Mr. Jaginder Singh India, Dr. Syed Nasir Zaidi Bonn University Germany, Miss Farhat Jabeen PhD Scholar Director Women issues INSPAD Pakistan and from Host sisters organizations Mr. Hugo Veracx, Mr. Muhammad Tahir Tabassum and Mr. Philippe Jacques. The OIC secretary General H.E.Prof.Dr. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu and United Nations High Commissioner for Human rights Mrs. Louise Arbour appreciated the NGO’s for taking initiative to organize the event. In the conference unanimously passed a historical resolution entitled ‘Brussels Peace Declaration on Peaceful coexistence 2007 and also decided to establish an International Permanent Committee for Inter-faith Cooperation (IPCIC).
